Savi Technology, a Alexandria, VA-based leader in sensor based analytics software and technology, seeks an Inside Sales Executive. The successful candidate must be a highly independent, assertive, and confident self starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Savi Technology . He/she will be responsible for uncovering and qualifying leads and ensuring that our front end of the funnel is filled with new opportunities. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the BDM team to meet goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with marketing to establish telesales campaigns for promoting Savi Technology Solutions to potential customers.

  • Managing front end stages of the sales cycle: Qualifying and Prospecting.

  • Driving demand through focused telephone campaigns, email, web
casts, and other activities.

  • Developing prospective customer business by hunting for new opportunities daily.

  • Developing a unique follow-up methodology to ensure consistent pursuit of prospects.

  • Maintaining all telesales campaigns, detailed records and new contacts daily in the CRM system.

  • Aiming to attain predetermined call activity and appointment targets in assigned regions, customers or categories.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience selling software and technology solutions.

  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline development process.

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.

  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs.

  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills.

  • Should have experience using CRM tools

  • Prominent organization and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Highly energetic and self-starter.

  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

Savi Technology, a Alexandria, VA-based leader in sensor based analytics software and technology, seeks a Business Development Manager to generate opportunities in the US Commercial markets.  The successful candidate will be a highly independent, assertive, and confident self starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and likes to work in a fast-paced environment.  He/she should also be a prepared to develop and execute against a sales plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.  This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the Company’s growth and shape its future.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience selling enterprise software and services to industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain solutions

  • Hunter mentality and strong Skills with progressing customer through the deal management process

  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits of $1m and more and identifying proper pipeline stage for optimal forecasting

  • Working with marketing to establish campaigns for promoting the Savi’s Solution offerings to potential customers.

  • Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively presenting the key features and advantages of the company to secure new business.

  • Developing prospective customers by hunting for new opportunities daily

  • Maintaining follow-up procedures to prospect correctly and initiating them under minimal supervision.

  • Maintaining all tele-sales/integrated marketing  campaigns detailed records and new contacts daily in the CRM system.

  • Aiming to attain predetermined call activity and revenue targets on assigned regions, customers or categories.

  • Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline development process.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas

  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs.

  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Prominent organization, face to face presentation skills.

  • Highly energetic and self-starter.BA/BS degree recommended.
