Angela L. Heise is Director of Savi Logistics Systems, responsible for current program performance for the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Her portfolio of programs include: Global Transportation Network (GTN), Business Systems Modernization (BSM) Processing Center, and the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Total Asset Visibility program.
Heise has extensive experience leading, designing, and developing Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management systems, with ten of those years working on USTRANSCOM programs.
Heise began her career with BDM International in 1994 as a software engineer and later moved on to a consulting firm working as a software engineer designing and developing procurement systems. Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1997, her assignments have included positions as the technical assistant to the president of Mission Systems, Global Transportation Network Program Manager, O'Fallon-Illinois Site Manager, and numerous technical leadership positions.
As the Global Transportation Network Program Manager, Heise’s team earned three consecutive 100% award fee scores. During this time, she managed a virtual team located in O’Fallon, Ill.; Manassas, Va.; and Warner-Robins, Ga.
Heise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.
