Robert Kramer is Chief Financial Officer of Savi Group, a Lockheed Martin technology and information services company that provides real-time supply chain management and security solutions for government and commercial markets worldwide.  He is responsible for Group-level Finance and Business Operations, as well as overseeing Staff functions that include Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications and Facilities.

Kramer draws on nearly 20 years of leadership experience, including 18 years at Lockheed Martin, where he has had profit-and-loss responsibility and management roles in Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, and Operations and Maintenance.

Prior to this appointment, Kramer was Savi’s Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, responsible for Product Management and Development, maximizing business synergies between Savi and Lockheed Martin, developing market strategies, growing business opportunities, and driving Savi’s brand awareness.

Previously, he was Director of MILSATCOM Programs at Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions, where he was responsible for the successful execution of several key satellite ground systems programs, as well as the new business capture activities for next-generation systems, and implementation of growth strategies in the transformational communication marketplace. 

Kramer earned his bachelors of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, masters of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, and a masters of business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Savi Group oversees the Savi Technology, Savi Logistics Systems, Savi Performance Logistics and Savi Networks lines of business, and co-develops solutions with other Lockheed Martin divisions on large, complex government projects for In-Transit Visibility (ITV), cargo security and asset management.
