Neil Smith is Chief Executive Officer of Savi Networks, responsible for implementing the overall business strategy of the company.

Smith has nearly two decades of experience in finance and general management, public markets, mergers and acquisitions gained in manufacturing, distribution and technology-related industries.

Prior to joining Savi Networks, he held a series of senior management positions with Hutchison Whampoa, based in Hong Kong; the Unipart Group of Companies and David S Smith Plc, both based in the United Kingdom.  Smith spent the first five years of his career at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Leicester University.

Savi Networks operates a global wireless data-capture network and provides a real-time information service called SaviTrak™ that automatically tracks the location, security and condition of inventory as it’s transported throughout the global supply chain.  SaviTrak also provides automated alerts and analytics to better manage inventory for the supply chain community, including international shippers, logistics service providers and freight forwarders.  Savi Networks is a joint venture between Savi Technology, Inc., a Lockheed Martin company [NYSE: LMT], and Hutchison Port Holdings.
