David Westley

David Westley is Savi Group’s Director of Business Development, responsible for driving the growth of the company’s various lines of business through international consulting and partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, market campaigns, and identifying and capturing large government program opportunities.

Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1982, Westley has demonstrated successful leadership experience in a wide range of responsibilities, including Program and Capture Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Program Management, Research and Development as well as Solution Architecture.

Prior to joining Savi, Westley was Program Management Director for Information Systems & Global Services’ (a Lockheed Martin Business Area) Global In-Transit Visibility Advanced programs.  In this role, he led capture activities in the U.S. Department of Defense and Federal markets, as well as managed pipeline, resources and new market campaigns.

He has also served in a number of senior management and engineering roles for Lockheed Martin at Mission Systems, LORAL, and IBM Federal Systems.

Westley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

Savi Group is a Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] technology and information services company that provides real-time supply chain management and security solutions for government and commercial markets worldwide.  Savi Group oversees the Savi Technology, Savi Logistics Systems, Savi Performance Logistics and Savi Networks lines of business, and co-develops solutions with other Lockheed Martin divisions on large, complex government projects for In-Transit Visibility (ITV), cargo security and asset management.
