Savi Technology has accelerated the development of its sensor-based analytics platform with the appointment of Andy Souders as Senior Vice President of Products & Strategy. Mr. Souders brings an extensive background as a technology leader and innovator in the data analytics industry, which will help Savi provide solutions that harness the intelligence that exists in sensor networks.  Mr. Souders will oversee Savi’s solution strategy including the hardware and software engineering teams, product management, and market management.  He is also a member of the Savi Technology executive team.

Savi Technology continues its growth as a newly independent company with today’s naming of Brian Daum as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Daum has 20 years of experience with fast growth companies, including executive management at venture capital-backed software companies. Savi Technology, the leading logistics informatics solution provider, has been acquired by affiliates of LaSalle Capital of Los Angeles, CA. The acquisition reflects the strong market for logistics informatics solutions worldwide and will allow Savi to aggressively pursue global opportunities aligned to its products, solutions and services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
