SAVI TECHNOLOGY NAMES BOB KRAMER TO HEAD MARKETING AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Lockheed Martin Executive Brings Wealth of Strategic, Organizational and Implementation Experience to Provider of RFID Supply Chain Solutions
SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Aug. 16, 2006 – Savi Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT], today named Bob Kramer senior vice president of Marketing and Strategic Development. In his new role, Kramer reports to Vic Verma, CEO of Savi Technology, a provider of active Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based supply chain solutions for commercial and government organizations.

Kramer is now responsible for maximizing business synergies between Savi and Lockheed Martin, developing market strategies and growing business opportunities. In this role, he is also responsible for driving brand awareness through a variety of marketing and communications functions.
Kramer draws on nearly 20 years of leadership experience, including 18 years at Lockheed Martin, in Engineering, Business Development, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Operations and Maintenance, and Program Management.
Kramer was previously director of MILSATCOM Programs, where he was responsible for the successful execution of several key satellite ground systems programs, as well as the new business capture activities for next-generation systems, and implementation of growth strategies in the transformational communication marketplace.
Kramer earned his bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, masters of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, and a masters of business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
