Previously, Mr. McGuinness practiced law for over 30 years in Washington, DC, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and finance. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Tufts University.

Brian Daum is responsible for Savi’s internal operations including finance and accounting, business operations, legal and contracts, and human resources. He has 20 years of experience in all aspects of financial management and corporate development for fast growth companies, including executive management at venture capital-backed software companies focused on analytics and big data.
Before joining Savi, Brian was the CFO at Centrifuge Systems, a big data discovery and analytics software company serving the Government. At Centrifuge, he led all finance, planning and analysis, pricing, legal, HR, corporate development and business operations. Brian also has served as CFO at several organizations including ARC Second, Sandbox.com and Atlantic Coast Airlines, where he successfully executed the company’s Initial Public Offering.
Prior to working in CFO roles, Brian launched his career at Ernst & Young LLP where he provided audit and business advisory services to a wide range of emerging businesses.

As Executive Vice President, Product, Jim Hayden shapes the company’s analytics strategy and drives continued innovation among Savi’s full solutions suite. Jim brings 20 years’ experience conducting award-winning work on the practical application of analytics methods and technologies including knowledge discovery, data mining and predictive analytics. He has a proven track record of building and growing analytics and data businesses from zero to millions of dollars in multiple verticals.
Before joining Savi, Jim was Vice President, Analytics at TEOCO, a leading provider of analytics solutions to communications service providers worldwide. At TEOCO, he was responsible for the creation and delivery of the company’s Big Data analytics solutions focused on producing actionable insights from terabytes of data.
Other key roles included Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mantas, a global analytics leader in the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering software market. At Mantas, Jim led the spin-off from SRA International, drove business case development for new markets and products, and managed the research, data mining and intellectual property teams.
Jim Haughwout, Chief Technology OfficerRead Bio
As Chief Technology Officer at Savi, Jim Haughwout is responsible for shaping the direction of the company’s software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning technologies. He created Savi’s streaming big data and machine learning architecture and acts as the Chief Innovation Evangelist of the company’s sensor analytics solutions. Jim brings over 25 years of experience designing large-scale web, data and mobile platforms for Fortune-200 companies, early stage companies, and government.
Prior to joining Savi, Jim was Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations at CustomMade Ventures, a Google Ventures portfolio company. He also served as EIR & VP of Commercial Technology at Cmed Group, where he pioneered new technologies for capture and processing of medical data. As CIO at INgage Networks, he won five industry awards for the creation of networks that enabled enterprises and customers to use customer social and mobile data to improve service delivery and revenue.
In the Fortune-200 arena, Jim was Director of Business Transformation and Technology Programs at Amgen, the world’s largest biotech. Before that he led Architecture and Core Systems at AOL, inventing data capture, machine learning and complex event processing technologies used to power the daily transactions of 120 million AOL and Time Warner customers. Jim started his career in the United States’ defense industry and national laboratories, where he developed parallel processing and machine learning programs responsible for processing hundreds of petabytes of sensor and network data. Jim also chairs the Advanced Technology Research Center Government working group on IoT.
Vicki Warker, Chief Marketing OfficerRead Bio
Vicki Warker is Savi’s Chief Marketing Officer. She leads Savi’s go-to-market strategy and is responsible for defining and positioning the unique value Savi’s predictive and prescriptive analytics bring to the commercial and government supply chain industry.
Prior to joining Savi, Vicki was the Vice President of Marketing for industry innovator, O3b Networks. She successfully positioned the company as the fastest growing Satellite operator in history prior to the company’s sale to SES.
Vicki also held senior executive positions managing product development, product management, offer development, customer experience, and marketing for satellite operator Intelsat and Sprint Business Solutions.
Prior to joining Sprint, she was Vice President-Global Marketing with GE Global eXchange Services. Vicki served in a variety of channel management, product management and marketing roles at Concert Communications before being named Vice President-Marketing, Global Markets.
She holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
James (Jim) Costello
Vice President and General CounselRead Bio
James Costello is responsible for the legal affairs at Savi, as well as managing Human Resources. Jim is instrumental in protecting Savi’s more than 115 foreign and domestic patents. Prior to joining Savi, he was Division Counsel for Applied Global Services, the services division of Applied Materials.
Jim served as in-house counsel at Bloomberg where he structured, drafted and negotiated agreements for Bloomberg’s data and analytics products. He has worked at three large international law firms and has served as in-house counsel at three leading technology companies. Jim is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey and is registered in-house counsel in Virginia.
Vice President, Government Sales and OperationsRead Bio
Rosemary Johnston oversees operations, systems support and governance assistance for Savi. She has been with Savi since 2006 and has held a variety of positions in services and support, business process improvement, business integration, and information technology systems.
Rosemary’s understanding of the military supply chain and logistics market comes from a distinguished career in both commercial enterprises and her 23-year service in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, she was responsible for the development of key wartime logistics planning concepts, establishment of supply policies that impacted the depth and breadth of retail and wholesale supply, and the conduct of a number of planning and forecasting analyses. She chaired the US Air Force Supply Chiefs Advisory Board, US Air Force Supply Training Team, and US Air Force Supply Wartime Requirements workgroups. In addition, she also chaired the Supply Chain Council’s Aerospace and Defense working group, which focused on further development of the SCOR Model and use of RFID technology to support and enhance in-transit visibility.
Rosemary holds certification from Defense Acquisition University in Product Lifecycle Management, Acquisition Professional Development and Logistics Management Professional Development.
Vice President, Commercial Supply Chain SalesRead Bio
Kirk Logan joined Savi in 2016 as Vice President Commercial Sales. He is responsible for commercial sales, sales operations and global commercial customer relationships for Savi.
Kirk brings over 20 years of experience in sales, solution selling, strategic account management, consulting, professional services, and business building with GT Nexus, TradeCard, CombineNet, and Deloitte Consulting. He has years of success driving revenue growth and solutions into Fortune 1000 and other organizations serving Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Equipment Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services and Utilities industries.
Kirk holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
